Troubleshooting

In case your phone camera is playing hard to get, here are a few quick tips:

  1. Good lighting: Hold the phone in a brighter spot (but not too much glare), which helps the sensor focus faster.
  2. A clean phone lens: A smudge-free camera lens reads codes quicker than a dirty one.
  3. Distance: Hold the phone approx. 15cm from your product.
  4. Ensure QRCode scanning is turned on in your Phone Settings: For iPhone: go to Settings → Camera → Scan QR Codes. Android: use Google Lens or your camera’s Lens/Bixby Vision mode. Remember, hold your phone steady, 15–20cm away, in good light.
